Crete, The Sanmarino Gorge. This was a 16-kilometer hike downhill on stone paths. We did this hike the day after arriving in Athens and flying to Crete. In a way, it is the best method to overcome jetlag, just into charge into a physical activity such as this ten-
mile hike. It was a picturesque challenge which made Crete memorable. The food & wine tasted better that night after a day of work.
