This class uses TRX Suspension Training, which uses your bodyweight to develop strength, balance and flexibility.

Strength & Yoga

Mondays @ 7:30am

Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of weight training & balance. Using weights, bands and other strength toys to increase intensity added to balance challenge Yoga moves creates a low impact workout leaving your body lean, and defined.

Cycle Class

Wednesdays @ 5:00pm

Come enjoy this high energy class set to motivating music to really get you going.  This class will toggle between 5-6 minute cycle segments with 1-2 minute upper body segments using hand weights or bands.
