My mother, who lives in Miami has all the COVID-19 symptoms, but the medical center where she receives her care does not have any test to confirm, if she has it or not. Both of my parents are high risk, but apparently in south Florida it is not important to determine if all those people with symptoms have COVID-19. I just put my trust in the healthcare workers assigned to care for my parents. They will do the best they can.
Probably because I have become a bit obsessed with watching the news, I have begun feeling a sore throat, and coughing I can’t shake. Then I realize I was cleaning in the basement for two days without a mask, very dusty. Yes, I have continued the cleaning quest, since I’m home-bound might as well. I’m a bit relieved when I realize that it is probably just allergies responding to all the dust. I spent almost 2 days with little to no activity except for watching TV and checking my temperature.
