What a difference a day makes!

I was scheduled to get back to teaching classes on Friday, March 13th, but the fitness center was closed due to COVID-19. I have been so disconnected, that I was unaware of what was happening. I was in renovation mode within my four walls. Now, I’m still at home but aware of what is happening in the world as well as Chicagoland.
