Getting back on track

Cardio-vascular strength is a matter of life and death right now. Keeping your heart & lungs in a state of health is a matter of walking or running for 20 minutes each day. Don’t say you don’t have time for this, make time, it is important.

If walking or running is tough for you, bike ride, rowing machine. Do you have a pool, get walking in your pool, swimming is even better?If you have trouble with all of these, stand us and march in place, lifting your knee as close to 90 degree up as possible.Set a timer to see how long you can go in one segment. Even if it is only 1-5 minutes to start it is a start.Try to do twice a day.Get outside, do what you can.
