Daily movement is a good idea. People often ask me, "How often should I exercise?" "Exercise only on days you want to eat", was my response. Doing some type of movement each day keeps "the account" in balance. This week the movement theme is balance. The photo shows the exercise move of "bird-dog" which is extending 1 arm & opposite leg. This can be done on the floor or a Bosu as seen in the photo, for added challenge. Try 10-20 repetitions. Slower movement also adds challenge.
